KIDS QR

How does a QR hold words?

A QR code stores words in a pattern of dark and light squares. A camera reads the pattern and turns it back into words.

Look for three corners

Find three large squares in the corners. They help the device find the QR and see which way it is facing. That is why a QR can still be read when you turn it a little.

Try your own words

Write a short greeting on the Create screen. Scan the finished QR with another device to read your greeting.

Do not put your name, home address, or other personal details in a QR. If you find an unfamiliar link, check it with a parent.
